From residential care to 24-hour support, for over 14- years, we have provided care tailored to individuals with learning disabilities and additional complex needs across West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, County Durham and the Tees Valley.

Provide a holistic person centred approach to supporting and developing the people we support’s independence, ensuring that they can enjoy everything from everyday life experiences to opportunities provided by the local and wider community.
We aim to promote positive risk taking, through comprehensive care planning and risk assessment to reflect the individuals needs, preferences and wants, as well as provide support to the varying life challenges through encouragement and positive interaction.

Placements
Placements and Referrals can be made by the Local Authority, Integrated Care Board (ICB) or jointly. We also are open to enquiries raised by families.
Peer Patrol
To achieve our objectives its essential that you put the people you care for at the heart of the situation. That’s why we developed a group of peers, aptly named Peer Patrol to ensure that those we support can make their own choices and be fully involved in event planning and organising.
