Meet the Manager
Stacey Jackson
“I have worked within the care industry my whole adult life working across a range of fields before finding my passion with adults with learning difficulties.
I joined Action4Care in early 2023 as the registered manager of broom lodge where I proudly enjoyed teaching and supporting the staff to do and try new things. It was a personal pleasure to see the people we support thrive in confidence and decision making for their own lives.
I then supported Springwood in March 2025 as a covering manager which I really enjoyed the additional challenge, so much so that I became their full-time manager before becoming a dual registered manager of both Broom Lodge and Springwood in March 2026. Managing Springwood alongside Broom has been a massive learning curve and has allowed me to learn new things and share it across two services, but most importantly it has allowed me to meet every more amazing people we support and have the pleasure of supporting them in another service.”
