About Us
Low Lane House offers accommodation for up to 6 adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs including autism and behaviours.
It is a spacious modern detached property in its own grounds with accommodation over two floors. It has a safe level garden area and parking for several vehicles including the two house vehicles.
All of our bedrooms are large with ensuite shower rooms and four are situated on the ground floor and are accessible for individuals with limited mobility.
Low Lane offers a community driven service for individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues and complex needs, with the people we support at the centre of it. We encourage community engagement from the people we support to not only access the community but thrive in it. We actively involve the people we support to design the home they live in with the staff, to truly make it a home to be proud of and welcoming to live in.
Meet the Manager
Jack Jones
“I started working with Action4Care in 2019 as a Support Worker and instantly fell in love with the service, the individuals we support and the wider team from Support Workers up to the SMT. I worked my way through the roles at Action4Care from Support Worker to Senior Support Worker before becoming a Deputy Manager and now as the Registered Service Manager. I have a Level 5 in Management of Adults Services and I am a Safeguarding Champion for the Middlesbrough Area.
The best part about my role is seeing how the people we support learn and develop their life skills whilst living the best and most meaningful life they can. I also enjoy working with the staff team to develop their skills and experience just as I have to develop their roles, one of the things I believe Action4Care does is invest in the talent we have within the team to promote from within, me being a success story of that very ethos”
