Initial enquiry
Contact us by phone or email with details of the individual's needs. We'll have an initial conversation to understand if we can provide the right support.
Assessment
We'll arrange a comprehensive assessment to understand the individual's needs, preferences, and aspirations. This may involve visiting their current placement.
Visit our homes
We welcome visits to our homes so the individual and their family can see the environment and meet the team before any decisions are made.
Transition planning
We work closely with families, social workers, and existing care providers to plan a smooth, well-paced transition tailored to the individual
Our Homes
The people we support live in spacious modern houses accommodating between 6 and 8 individuals with 24-hour support. Each home is carefully maintained to feel warm, homely, and non-institutionalised.
