Peer Patrol

At Action4Care one of our main objectives is to be as person centred as possible. We created the Peer Patrol (aptly named by the people we support) to ensure everyone’s wishes, wants and needs are being taken into account in everything we do.

Our Peer Patrol leaders meet every few months and discuss what activities and events they want to organise and take part in. They then make plans with each other and staff to meet up and put these into action.

Some of our recent successes are Flower planting and our very own pantomime held at Oaklands.

Peer Patrol ensures all of our service users have a voice!
