Action4Care Comes Together to Celebrate Staff at Rewards & Recognition Event

Action4Care brought together management, staff and the People We Support (PWS) from across its services on 4 August for a special afternoon of celebration and recognition at Elmwood Community Centre in Stockton. The event provided an opportunity to celebrate the dedication, commitment and achievements of staff who make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support every day. With colleagues gathered from across Action4Care, the afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter and applause as award recipients were recognised across a range of categories.

Mr Robert Hadfield, the company’s director, attended the event and took the opportunity to personally thank staff for their continued hard work and commitment. His presence added to the occasion, recognising the important contribution made by colleagues across the organisation and the difference their work makes to the people we support.

A particularly memorable part of the afternoon was the involvement of the People We Support and the Peer Patrol team, helping to make the event a genuine celebration for the whole Action4Care community. One of the People We Support took on the role of an official award presenter, helping to present awards and recognise the achievements of staff. They embraced the role brilliantly, adding a special and personal touch to the ceremony. As awards were presented, colleagues came together to celebrate one another’s achievements and recognise the hard work, compassion and dedication demonstrated across our services every day.
